We are very proud of our girls and all they achieve. See their results and pictures here.

Nappinastics

Join coach Alexia in the mornings for some serious parent and child bonding. Our NAPPINASTIX ‘gymnasts’ have classes on THURSDAY mornings.  This involves moms/dads or caregivers with toddlers ages 11 months to 3 years.  During these sessions the adult joins the toddler in the class and gets instructions from a qualified instructor – Alexia. The classes focus on developmental milestones for babies and help develop co-ordination, spatial awareness, balance and other important motor skills.  In addition it really helps bonding parents and babies, which in turn promotes a healthy family environment.

  • Gymnasts must be barefoot or wear socks during the lessons.
  •  Hair must be neatly tied back and out of their face. No loose hair will be permitted.
  • No eating will be allowed during the class or in the hall.
  • Gymnasts must bring their own bottle of water to class. NO Fizzy cold drinks!

Club Rules

  • Gymnasts are expected to arrive on time as lessons will not be delayed. Punctuality shows respect to fellow gymnasts and to your coach.
  • If a gymnast is ill, it is advised that she does not attend the class to avoid cross infecting other girls. Please inform the coach if your child is on antibiotics.

  • One month’s written notice is required if a gymnast stops attending classes.
  • Fees are to be paid by the 5th of the month.  Gymnasts will not be allowed to enter competitions, courses, or events if fees are outstanding.
